In a nutshell, Izuku is a late bloomer, and Katsuki's not prepared for the nerd to start galloping that growth spurt like a carnivorous plant.
On growing up together then apart, falling in love over telephone lines and being home for the holidays. The new year comes, Izuku leaves, and Katsuki stays behind.

This started out as a plan for a 4 fic series, with each fic only one chapter long, solely based off the first four lyrics of Sight of the Sun by Fun. Needless to say, I fell in love with these characters and wasn’t able to stop.
