Summary
Harry Evans is a perfectly normal sixteen year old, thank you very much. Except that... he isn't. Not by anyone's standards. (Not when he can make things move with his mind). He tries not to let it bother him, but he's doing increasingly freakish things, and the world around him is getting stranger and stranger. People are following him, and speaking in metaphors, and somehow knowing his name. It's unnerving.
He wonders when his life became this much of a fever dream.Or... Harry Potter somehow slipped under the radar, and now, 5 years after that first Hogwarts letter was sent out, they've finally found him. The world is darker, and more hopeless, and the Harry Potter they get seems like the furthest thing from a beacon of light. He's angry and reckless and world worn. But he's their only hope: the saviour of the Wizarding World. If only he gave a shit.

"Lovely child." A voice purred from around him. It echoed trough the trees like a sibilant hiss. Shuddering Dipper reached for the little packet of herbs he kept in his coat pocket. It was a varied mixture, but could do mild damage to most creatures. Enough for him to be able to get away hopefully. "So pretty, won't you come with me young one?"
"Yeah" Dipper started, narrowed eyes peering about the shadows, "that seems like an incredibly stupid idea."
Dipper gets attacked and molested by a demon who, surprisingly enough, is not Bill. Bill doesn't take this very well.

Summary
All Might never dropped the bottle. Midoriya never got One For All, but Shigaraki got to him first. It's not so bad as he's able to be a villain like no other with a not-so-tiny obsession with someone who saved him from himself. He does everything in his power to get his hero, Todoroki, to join him and his murderous family. Though they both go a little bit insane in the process. Angst warning, gore warning, but there's fluff and slow burn.
