“It’s a microscopic parasite that infects freshwater shrimp species and, interestingly, it has shown an increase in the rates of cannibalism among the infected. Now, it might seem that these two things are unrelated but, either way, wouldn’t it be terrifying if someone was able to create something that has a similar effect on humans?”
“What’s even better is how you already know what happens if nothing is done to treat the infected. I’m sure the memory of Moonfish is still fresh on your minds, right?”
They could almost hear the loud thud of the hammer that was about to seal their fate when the villain cackled and turned his face away from the camera.
“He was just one of my first test subjects. Such a shame that the others weren’t publicized at all. The effects should kick in about 17 minutes after waking up."

Or: Sometimes Shouto just needs a hug. Lucky him, he has a very huggable best friend, sort-of-crush right there.He heard the creaking before he saw the door open. Shouto had already frozen where he stood by then.
"Anyone there?" Midoriya spoke from the small opening in the door.
Shouto couldn’t see much past the faint orange glow that came out of the room, and it was somehow more entrancing than the bright yellow from before. Suffice to say, he didn’t answer Midoriya.
If the door closed, Shouto would have just taken that as his sign to leave. It was the same trick he always used whenever a decision troubled him: leaving it up for someone or something else to decide for him. It made things a lot easier.
Midoriya opened the rest of the door, slower this time so as to not make any noise. Shouto didn’t know if he lucked out but, either way, he let go of a breath he didn’t know he was holding when their eyes met.
"Hey, Shoucchan. Did I make you wait for long?" Midoriya asked, no sign of surprise at seeing Shouto standing in front of his door at god-knows-what hour.

Izuku wanted to scoff, as out of character as that would be. Couldn’t she see that part of the problem was that there was a threshold for what she would brush off? Izuku had just discovered what was too much for her to ignore and he didn’t even know what was so different about it this time.
There must have been a reason for those bitter thoughts crossing his mind like a mental filter had been lost.
Could it be that Izuku was… angry?

Or: It’s the last year of Izuku and Hitoshi at UA. So much has happened and is still happening around them, though, that sometimes it feel like the last year of their lives.Izuku knew that they had to investigate it. He looked forward to how distant the source of such a quiet noise must be as much as Shinsou would once he came to the same conclusion as him.
“How do you want to do this?” Shinsou asked, resigned to the abrupt end of what he had hoped to be another normal day.
“Want to see who gets there faster?” Izuku shot back, a hint of mischief in his determined smile. “A small race to warm us up?”
“Because putting the physical quirk against somebody who has a mental one seems fair.”
“So the race is a no?” Izuku pouted. “Then how about a piggyback ride?” While asking, Izuku already bent his knees a little and put his arms behind his back.

Summary
Hizashi’s throat is in almost constant pain. It had been, ever since USJ. He’d forgotten to project his voice right, and it had caused something to tear.
Usually, he’d go to Recovery Girl and ask her for a quick heal up, but he didn’t really want to. He sort of deserved this, really. He should’ve been there for Shouta.
Now he just has to make sure no one notices.

"As you can see, me appointing you as principal is the only logical decision available,"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Or: Nezu goes on a week long business trip and makes Aizawa the temporary principal while he's gone, giving him all the powers the principal of UA would normally have. Aizawa, prepared to use this power to it's full capacity, silently vows to make as many changes to UA as he can in a single week. He appoints Midoriya as his secretary for the time being and together they wreak havoc among the school, showing no mercy to any obstacle in their path (And maybe becoming father and son along the way). The rest of the staff and students are left to sit back and watch as everything they know goes up in flames.

The first mark Izuku gets is a slight brush of green across his temple. It’s the soft touch of a mother holding her son for the first time. Inko has one to match, the same shade of green staining the tips of her fingers. Hers is more noticeable; Izuku’s tends to blend into his hairline.
He loves it anyways. He has to. It’s the only soulmate mark he has.
