There weren’t any lights in the room so that the starlight had nothing to compete with, and it was beautiful and vast and made him forget about everything, absolutely everything… but then there was a slight cough and Lance realized he wasn’t alone.
“Shit. Sorry. Wait, Keith?”
“Yes. Sorry,” Lance whispered, backing up. “Didn’t know someone was here. I’ll- I’ll go.”
Turning around and about to leave, Lance paused when Keith said hoarsely, “It’s fine. You can stay.”
Lance can't sleep and wanders around, finding himself in a room with Keith and talking about a recent fight.
Edit on 12/5/20: I kinda lost inspiration for this story because school became too much, and now a year has passed and I realized I kinda left without an explanation, and I felt guilty so here it is... Anyway. I'll be leaving the fic up in case I ever want to come back to it, but right now it seems unlikely. DEH is still a favorite of mine, though!
What if Connor really was there when Evan fell out of the tree? What if that was the day that they had met, rather than the other day, over the letter about Zoe?
Keith is your typical troubled kid who's just trying to sort his life out. Things aren't perfect, but he's attending night school to get enough credits for university, he loves hanging out with Shiro and Matt on the weekends, and he's prepped to be the youngest member of his martial arts club to get his second Dan black belt. Things are looking up for Keith!
That is until strange notes start to appear on his arm.
They don't come off. At least, not when Keith tries to remove them. And they're written in handwriting that Keith knows isn't his.
So where are they coming from?

Evan Hansen has found himself wrapped up in a spiral of lies like no other. Fuel is constantly added to the fire, intentionally or otherwise, and by the tragedies that begin to follow the Connor Project and its associates, getting burned is the least of his problems.
Keeping the secret is hard enough, but it's much harder when lives are on the line.
Canon-divergent horror AU.

A couple of lines sketched messily across the page.
A face, maybe. Sure.
Connor’s always been decent at those.
(A sketchbook passes from hand to hand. The pages fill.)
Draco works in the Magical Detachment Facility, coordinating Obliviators to take care of Muggles who denied their wizarding suitors, and Valentine’s Day is always the worst…until Potter walks in.

Harry Potter returns to Hogwarts to finish off his seventh year, but finds that it’s very different than the Hogwarts he once knew. He’s sharing a common room with all the other eighth year students, he’s no longer sure if he wants to become an Auror, his best friends are constantly off snogging, and his Potions partner, Draco Malfoy, is acting nothing like his usual bratty self.
Draco Malfoy wants nothing less than to go back to Hogwarts, but for his mother, he does it anyway. While he hopes he can hole up in his room and do nothing but homework for the year, he finds himself despising his terrible new wand, befriending an inexplicably odd Ravenclaw, secretly taking Muggle Studies classes, and willingly helping the Saviour of the Wizarding World himself, Harry Potter. It’s going to be a very interesting year.
