You always told me that you wouldn't run. You promised, you know; told me that you were done running, that you were going to stay.
But one day I came home, and you were gone.
Most of your drawers were empty. Your favorite Knights sweater was gone. Your barely-held-together running shoes and your Docs, the ones I got you for Christmas two years ago. You left a note on the kitchen counter.
"Don't come looking," you said.
Well, fuck that. You don't get that choice.
I'm looking, Abram. And I won't stop until I find you.

An Alice Isn't Dead AU in which Abram is running and Andrew refuses to let him go.
Fandoms: All For The Game - Nora Sakavic
07 Jan 2020
Andrew returns to Palmetto Village after a three-year sabbatical, searching for answers to unasked questions. Neil Josten is a mysterious, beautiful witch with more secrets than anyone could ever know, and Andrew is horribly intrigued by him.
Neil Josten, the beautiful outsider has made waves in this community in a way Andrew wouldn’t have even cared to attempt, and he’s as damaged, if not more so than Andrew. He’s a curious individual and Andrew can’t help but want to get closer to him… if he wasn’t being so… weird.
Andrew lets his mind wander as Neil naps on top of him.
(Or should I say Nyandrew and Nyeil?)
- Part 5 of Foxhole Ficlets
All Andrew wanted to do was curse a man. Repeatedly screwing up the key potion ingredient was not improving his mood.
Or, how to win the heart of a florist in under a week, by being a difficult customer.
Exy is an exhilarating, action-packed sport played fifty feet above ground on hoverboards, which means it's fast and violent and can lead to life-threatening injuries for its players. That's one of reasons why it's not legally recognized as a sport and so is played 'underground', the league organized by the powerful Moriyama criminal organization. Illegal or not, it's popular both with the fans and its players - including one Neil Josten, who rarely feels alive unless he's on a hoverboard.
For the first time in ten years, he's no longer running and he's finally able to play a sport he's loved since he was a child. Now if only he could get Andrew Minyard, the Palmetto Foxes' best goalie (the division's best goalie) to stop treating him like a threat, then everything would be fine.
Or so Neil believes.
