Inosuke’s habit of ranting to Nezuko is one borne out of the available knowledge that she can’t gossip to anyone- thus making her the perfect confidant in aiding (and concealing) his secret feelings for a certain swordsman.
At least… That’s what he thinks.

“No… this must be a dream,” Cale turned to the butler. “Ron— I’m dreaming right?”
“Young master, this is real. It’s not a dream.” Ron answered gently.
“... T-this is real—It’s real, then what is all that stuff in my room?”
‘He has gone mad.’
“Those are suitors' gifts. For you, young master.” Ron answered slowly, emphasizing each word carefully making sure the message was clear.

“Stop hovering,” Cale says, exasperated.
“I’m fine,” he interrupts, right before he has to turn his head to sneeze again. Choi Han’s expression goes even more distressed.
Then it shifts into determination.
“Please excuse me,” he says politely. Without any other warning, he lifts Cale off of his feet and begins running. Cale has no choice but to wrap his arms around Choi Han’s neck to steady himself.
“Choi Han?” he asks, voice going a little high with the unexpected motion.
“We might get out faster like this,” Choi Han tells him.
He’s not technically wrong, but Cale is quickly discovering that being in a bridal carry while moving fast isn’t a very fun sensation.
