“I don’t think I should...” Izuku started hesitantly, looking up at the people surrounding him. They were all friends here, but that only made him more nervous. What if they were right, and his soulmate was in this very room? This could ruin his friendship with them forever.
Kirishima grinned, clapping Izuku on the shoulder. “It’s fine, man. Aren’t you a little bit curious?”
He sighed heavily. “Fine. But it won’t matter, I’m telling you.”
A pen was passed to Izuku, green in color, which he figured they did on purpose. He took the cap off, taking a steadying breath, he wrote on the back of his hand.
-Hello?
The people around him checked their arms, shrugging or smiling a little when there wasn’t anything on them. Platonic soulmates were always possible, so it made sense that they might be curious even if they aren’t interested in him, but it still managed to fluster Izuku.
“See? Nobody-“ A chair screeched against the floor behind him, followed by hurried steps. He glanced back, seemingly the only one who noticed the blond, spiky-haired boy who was very quickly leaving the room. His first thought was, ‘Is he okay?’
Or: Bakugou Katsuki hides that he knows exactly who his soulmate is.
