Summary
Blair and Delancy were lovers since they were sixteen. Like all relationships, there were ups and downs.
Like the fact that they could never ulter a word about their romance to any living soul.
It's understandable that things get complicated when Blair wins a lottery to get a place on Princess Charm School, where Delancy trains to be a princess, and now Blair will too as a Lady Royal.
Things get worse when Blair discovers some skeletons in Dame Devin's rotting closet.
Again, those are only the downsides. But the upsides are only for them to know and enjoy.

Kirari’s lips parted a fraction of an inch before she could stop them. There, was her perfect secretary, dressed in a cotton white shirt and loose-fitting blue jeans, her hair still held in the signature ribbon, and to her chest, she was swaddling a small baby. A small, purple-haired baby, with chubby hands and chubby arms and eyes the same colour as Sayaka’s.
Or; Sayaka has to babysit her little siblings, and Kirari shows up to 'help'.

Summary
And yet, Sayaka couldn't help but stare at the petals flowing down the sink, finding it bizzare that the flowers had consistently come out in different colors — intermingled hues of oranges, purples, and fuschias of the asters — their petals papery and thin. It vaguely reminded Sayaka of flowers that grew resplendent under the strong summer sun.
(If only these petals weren't a hacking symptom of some fatal disease, or a daunting evidence of some unrequited yearning, even Sayaka would come to appreciate its strange beauty and elegance.)
