I’m preparing my battle-axe and spear,
to fight our enemies with you.The Chinese term for comrade/esprit de corps, páozè (袍泽), figuratively means ‘the feelings of the outer-wear and inner-wear’. Stemming from the ancient song ‘No Clothes’, the song sings of citizens rallied together in service to the kingdom.
TL;DR: Lan Xichen really wants to dress Meng Yao in 'the feelings of outerwear and innerwear'. Nie Mingjue and the rest of the Nie troops are the unfortunate witness.
