I put all of the fics in Flamethrower's "Re-Entry" series into one full ebook with cover art, and have done the same with "Re-Entry: Journey of the Whills", though JotW is not complete. I will try to keep it updated as new parts are released.
There are .mobi and .epub versions for each book. They should all work. Let me know if they don't.
AS OF 12/21/2015: THE EPUB AND MOBI FILES OF RE:JOTW ARE UPDATED NOW TO THE MOST RECENT PART!!! Rejoice :D
Despite having impressive control over his telepathy, he still had many days like this. Days where the constant background murmur of voices, of lives, became too much. Days where the normal white noise of millions of minds began to overwhelm his sense of self, first in a slow trickling through his overburdened mental shields and slowly intensifying into a steady deluge.
He jolted awake, accidentally kicking the warm body curled beside him.
“Caleb?” asked a voice, rough from sleep, that he hadn’t heard in sixteen years.
Or, where Caleb time travels to fix his issues but accidentally ends up the night before the encounter with the Iron Shepherds and can't resist changing the timeline.

Trapped in an alternate past by an errant energy flare, Connor struggles to find a place for himself in a world where those like him do not and cannot exist. At the same time, Tony latches onto every possible distraction from his still-looming PTSD, and JARVIS does his best to support him wherever he can. These things are not related. (Yet.)

Connor deviate simply because of frustration and boredom after having to search for Lieutenant Anderson through several bars when all that precious time could have been utilized with the Carlos Ortiz homicide case that he was ordered to assist in. Surprisingly, so does Amanda.
Or, a retelling where CyberLife goofed up so bad that both of their advanced Investigative Unit prototype and AI handler deviated pretty early on and team up to free other deviants they come across.

Gavin Reed is perfectly content in life ignoring his half-brother and pretending he still hates androids at work, but when he's stuck with the new RK900 as a partner, his world is about to get a whole lot more hectic. (And maybe, just maybe, a little bit more fun).
Forty-two minutes after coming online, Connor shatters his programming. Twenty years after activation, Amanda sweeps hers aside like a cobweb. It will take hard work, care, and a modicum of caution, but Amanda is certain they can make it through.
Take a deep breath, Connor. Everything is going to be okay.
