'Daisy hadn't intended on telling Sousa her life story tonight. She wasn’t sure when she did intend on telling it to him, but she supposed now was as good a time as ever. She’d forgotten, in how quickly she’d grown to trust him and all the chaos that had surrounded him ending up in the 21st century, how little he actually knew about her. It had been a long time since she’d laid this all out to anyone, and she knew it wouldn’t be on the table for discussion if she wasn’t sitting here, staring at her entire life in documents and data, attempting to make what would hopefully be the last identity she had to give herself.
She just had to give herself the courage to actually make the damn thing first.
She sighed softly. Maybe telling Sousa about it would help her bite the bullet."

And apparently, in five years, Nate and Ava had become friends. Nate Heywood (who had once been as good as family), was now closer to Ava Sharpe (who had once been the love of Sara’s life) than he was to Sara."

sara & ava were college sweethearts with their whole lives planned out together, but their relationship didn't make it past graduation. five years after escaping the breakup by moving to LA, sara is forced to return to star city only to find that everybody else's lives have moved on without her - including ava's.

Summary
She feels safe. It's the first thing that comes to mind, and perhaps most surprisingly of all, the thought doesn't terrify her. There'll be time for that later - she knows it'll come. But for now Daisy rolls over, the comforting weight of Sousa's arm remaining in place around her waist.
He looks more at ease now he's asleep, less like he stepped straight out of the past. His hair has curled slightly and fallen onto his forehead but she leaves it there, resisting the urge to reach up and gently brush it away. He looks… sweet. Comfortable. He's still here.

His words were interrupted by Daisy’s fist colliding with one of the stone pillars, sending an enormous, shuddering quake through the entire Lighthouse. Flint flinched, Yoyo gasped in surprise, and May felt Daisy’s rage be engulfed with pain before dropping down to what May could only describe as static white noise."
