Regarding Alien Parasites by raven_aorla

Summary
Torchwood learns of a species of aliens who are incorporeal on our plane of reality and feed on fear, infecting humans in symbiotic relationships to do their bidding. Torchwood seeks to solve this problem by grabbing one of these infected humans from a safehouse in Scotland. Oh, and the guy with him, who seems nice enough.

Summary
Though the phone call from the gentleman at the Magnus Institute had given him enough solace to fall asleep, Andre was startled awake by the sound of a creaking door. It didn’t sound like his or a neighbor’s. Then there was a heavy thump onto the bare floorboards (the rugs had vanished a month ago). He switched on the lamp and gasped.

Summary
Booker sold out his team in the desperate hope of dying one day. In the process of fighting their way out again, they end up rescuing another test subject: a man in his 600's whose immortality is directly tied to his own will to live. Hob Gadling might well be someone Booker would benefit from being around.

Summary
Despite his wife's particular symbol of a delicate treble clef on his left wrist attesting to having found his romantic soulmate, Sebastien didn’t meet any of his other soulmates until two decades and several deaths later. He didn’t notice the tingle of the soul-seals on his right forearm at the time, dismissing it as yet more frostbite, more of the nightmare he’d fallen into.
Or: a world in which platonic soulmarks are the ones that really make the difference for Booker.

Our Agency by raven_aorla
Fandom: 18th Century CE RPF, 19th Century CE RPF, Hamilton - Miranda
16 Jun 2020
Summary
A spinoff of the Time Out of Mind universe, which is a Modern AU but also sort of a Psych Ward AU, and has continuous influence from the Hamilton musical as well as 18th/19th century RPF. This series is more Mob/Spy/Thriller, though mental health issues (including those involving gender and sexuality) continue to be important, and only sometimes has Hamilton fandom influence. Some stories overlap between series, some don't.
It's the Chevalier(e)'s fault for being cool, really.

Summary
Featuring two demons who've gone soft for Earth, two angels who've come to be fond of it as well, and a gaggle of gifted humans who adapt to weirdness pretty darn quickly. Some of these helped avert the Apocalypse and the others work for Buzzfeed, but their fates are intertwined anyway.

Summary
“Jonah Magnus.” The cloudy silhouette snarled as it’s hand clamped tightly around Jonah's ascot. That was indeed his name, but Jonah couldn’t begin to fathom what he did to have it spat out with such hatred.
But nonetheless, Jonah was a gentleman and he would kindly address the angry figure as politely as possible, “Yes, and you are?”
“What?” The form spluttered as it slowly came into focus. Ah, yes. That probably wasn’t the proper response to being held at gunpoint by a random stranger. Must have been the blow to his head.
(Or in which Jonathan Sims goes back in time and tries to pull a Terminator, but fails and Jonah Magnus finds a new mystery to solve.)

Please Don’t Eat the Flowers by Sloane
Fandoms: The Magnus Archives (Podcast), Maniac Mansion

Summary
Instead of retiring to open a book shop, Gerry ends up working at a flower shop run by American lesbians in London. This leads to a brush with the Distortion, who just wants to buy some lilies, the Magnus Institute finding out he’s still alive, and... well, a normal life was never really in the cards for the likes of Gerard Keay, was it?
Oh, and those lesbians who run the flower shop? There’s more to them than meets the eye.
(No knowledge of Maniac Mansion required; I take lots of liberties to slot it into TMA’s universe.)

Peter all but fell out of the Forsaken, which had never happened before. He had also never been seen—worse, known so intimately. He had never, in his life or worst nightmares, spoken for twenty minutes straight about himself.
“Come now, Peter," said Elias. "I’m sure it wasn’t that bad.”Peter has lost a bet and just barely survived his encounter with the Archivist. His day gets worse from there.
