The guy was probably afraid he'd call the cops on him, since it hadn't been Katsuki's fault. That was his real concern. Not respecting traffic signals were an infringement for everyone, poor or rich. The guy, with his rich ass suit and his expensive car, could shove his false concern up his most likely spoiled ass.
or, that time Katsuki was hit by a car and his only visitor was the handsome, spoiled young master who hit him in the first place.

He’s not sure if the question is rhetorical at his own expense or if Bakugou’s actually wondering—the look on his face is almost identical in both cases.
Before Shouto can even open his mouth to respond—he’s waffling between “Like what?” for maximum Bakugou-annoyance or “It’s the trauma.” because of the one time it made Kaminari laugh so hard he cried—Bakugou is already talking over him, scrubbing a hand down his face and sighing like talking to Shouto is the hardest thing he’s ever done.
“Don’t fuckin’ answer that. I know why you’re like this.”
Problem solved. Shouto says nothing.

Or, a temporary team-up leads to certain feelings-based revelations for both reluctantly involved parties. A conversation is also had. Sort of.
Shouto is of the opinion that they should just kiss about it before they do anything else.

Bokuto's day was not going at all how he planned. Shifting carefully, he clenched his thighs, trying to stop the shaking in his legs. Biting his lips to keep any unwanted noises from escaping, he readjusted his bag in front of his crotch, trying to ignore the way the vibrator in his ass seemed to move with every small motion of the train. Hopefully the hospital would be quiet at this time in the morning, he didn't think he'd be able to handle much more excitement right now.
