Summary
Akaashi remembers what he felt when he saw Bokuto. Annoyance.
Akaashi just doesn't like snowboarders. And yes you can say he's stereotyping, but snowboarders are just so good, at following through with said stereotypes that he can't help but have a strong feeling of annoyance when he spots one in the mountains.
And this doesn't exactly change when he meets Bokuto Koutaro, instead the feeling of dislike only strengthens.

When Nico di Angelo first arrived at Camp Jupiter, nobody really knew what to do with him. He was scrawny and short and looked at least a little malnourished, and the shadows clung to him like they were trying desperately to drag him into the Nether.
Jason, for his part, thought the guy looked pretty cool, but he was only a centurion, and even as the only child of the Big Three, saying “that guy looks pretty cool” was not going to convince the Senate of anything but Jason’s impending lunacy.
