The chatter of people was muffled by the thin wood separating the men’s restroom and the party, the sounds outside all merging together with the music, yet the rhythmic warm huffs of his boyfriend following every slap against his ass were clear.
“Shhh, it’s almost like you want us to get caught.” Shorter chuckled in between breaths, pressing wet kisses into the nape of Eiji’s neck. A sharp thrust had Eiji choke on air, a low whine coming from his throat.
“Do you like that? You got so tight just now,” he nipped playfully at Eiji’s flushed shoulder. “Are you even trying to be quiet? I mean, I know I’m not making it easy for you.” Shorter grabbed Eiji’s waist with both hands, firm enough to make bruises. Exactly the way they both liked it.

"Maybe we should just go to sleep." Eiji said, gliding his hand through Ash's long bangs, gently rubbing his thumb against his cheekbone and temple. Ash huffed good-naturedly.
"Where'd all that neediness go?" He took Eiji's hand in his own and kissed his palm, simply pressing his warm lips into the calloused skin. Eiji's eyes were soft. -

“Did you get any sleep, bunny?” Ash spoke softly, voice still raspy. An equally husky voice replied.
“Not a lot. Hurts.” The autumn air growing steadily more chill was wearing on Eiji’s hurt ankle, a constant throbbing impacting his life in different severity day to day. The day before he had been working outside with a client, returning home exhausted and in a foul mood. Even the painkillers and hot water flask couldn’t truly soothe the ache, Ash had tried to massage his legs but it only agitated it further. Ash knew he hadn’t slept well.
“I’ll bring your meds. Try to sleep some more,” he sat up, jostling the cat who jumped to the floor. He pressed a soft kiss to the crown of his husband’s head and moved his feet to touch the floor. A warm hand held his wrist before he could leave, skin soft with thick callouses still left over from his youth.
